Tri-States

The Tri-States neighborhood of Port Jervis is the only part of Port Jervis that is located east of the Neversink River.  Clove Brook, a tributary of the Neversink River, also flows through Tri-States.  The neighborhood is home to Chris Marion Park on Clove Brook, near the border with Deerpark.  It is a mostly residential neighborhood, but there are a number of businesses along East Main Street.  The on-road section of the Minisink Trail goes through this part of Port Jervis.  The city has proposed using a property just south of the Neversink bridge as a park with a kayak launch on the Neversink River.
